Rights You Grant to InComm
By posting or submitting any User Content to this Site, you grant InComm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, and sub-licensable license to use, modify, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, and share your content in any form or media now known or later developed.
This includes the right to host, cache, tag, index, and distribute your content to third parties or other platforms such as mobile apps, videos, or software programs.
You still retain ownership of your content and may use it however you choose, provided it does not violate these Terms or the rights granted to InComm.

Accounts

If you disagree with these Terms, any updates to them, or are dissatisfied with any part of the Site, your only remedy is to:
- Stop using the Site, and
- Notify us in writing that you are terminating your agreement to these Terms.
If your account or the User Agreement is terminated, your license to access the Site will immediately end. However, certain provisions — including those related to indemnification, confidentiality, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, non-disclosure, equitable relief, and assignment — will continue to remain in effect after termination.
Card Activation
Some sections of this Site may allow you to request activation of certain stored-value cards. By submitting a card activation request, you confirm and agree that:
- All information you provide during the activation process is complete and accurate.
- You are the rightful owner and lawful holder of the card being activated.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in the Cardholder Agreement that applies to your card.
